Seabirds are marine top predators. They roam all over the globe, there are several hundred species, about 350 species. They’re important for a whole range of reasons. Humans being really like to look at them, they perform important ecological roles. They track the environment in general, so, they track fish availability and pollution and a number of other things and they play a critical role in marine ecosystems.
