IM&T Summer Vacation Student Scholarships

The 2012 Vacation Scholarship Program with CSIRO Information Management & Technology (IM&T) gives students the opportunity to work on real-world problems in a leading R&D organisation.

Participation in the IM&T Vacation Scholarship Program has influenced previous scholarship holders in their choice of further study and future career options. Many have gone on to pursue a successful research career within CSIRO, a University or industry.

The scholarships are open to students who have completed at least two years of undergraduate study and who have maintained a credit average or higher. The students will be paid a stipend of A$1413.23 per fortnight.

Scholarships are to commence on 26 November 2012 and continue for a period of 12 weeks.

Presentation skills training will be provided as well as an opportunity to participate in an end of scholarship conference with other students and CSIRO researchers.
