How to register as a Bio21-C3 user
The centre has three user categories
- Partner
- Other non-commercial
- Commercial
If your institution is listed in the table below as a registered institution, individuals may register electronically by clicking here.
If your laboratory or institute is not currently registered, and you wish to use a service provided by the CSIRO node of the Bio21 C3, then there needs to be set in place a formal agreement between CSIRO and your institute. A generic copy of this access agreement can be found by clicking on one of the three user categories above.

as well as the appropriate user category so that we can provide a customised version of the access agreement to you for signing. If you contact the facility manager (c3@csiro.au) with the details above, we will create an access agreement for you, send two (signed) copies to you for signing, and when you send us back a signed original, we will register your institute in the C3 booking software. The whole process, starting from when you provide your institute details can be completed in a week or less.
.
* We legally require an agreement to be in place with each research group before we can run experiments for you. This means that even though a researcher from from your University may have an agreement with CSIRO already in place, you will need to be part of that research group and to be covered under that agreement -if not you will need your own agreement.
