CSIRO, in consultation with the Australian Government Department of the Environment and Energy, has prepared a draft Heritage Manage Plan for the CSIRO Black Mountain site located at Acton, Australian Capital Territory.

The Heritage Management Plan is intended to protect and manage the Commonwealth heritage values of the CSIRO Black Mountain site located at Clunies Ross Street, Acton, Australian Capital Territory.

The draft plan has been prepared in accordance with the Heritage management principles and requirements for management plans as set out in the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.

Comments on the draft Heritage Management Plan are invited from members of the public, indigenous people with rights and interests in the place and the responsible Government agency (if any) for the Black Mountain site.
