Germination standards

A set of germination standards has been developed based controlled laboratory germination tests.

All seed entered into the ATSC seed store requires an initial germination test.

Emphasis has been on species of:

• eucalyptus
• acacia
• casuarina
• allocasuarina
• melaleuca
• callitris
• grevillea.

A number of other Australian genera is also included.
