The Sustainable Communities Initiative
Who is involved in the SCI?
The SCI is hosted and managed by CSIRO and an Advisory Committee influences its activities and operations.
CSIRO recognises the solutions to complex sustainability challenges can only be developed by cross-sector partnerships that build on the respective strengths and competencies of its members to achieve mutually beneficial results over a sustained period.
To date, 16 organisations from across the public, private and community sectors are working together through the SCI. These members are represented on the SCI Advisory Committee.
