Christmas menu No 3 & shopping list

Purchase all you need to prepare Christmas menu No 3 from the Total Wellbeing Diet team: Mushroom, leek & asparagus tartlets; roast pork; roasted vegetables and steamed greens, mixed berry ice-cream with meringue.

Shopping list

  • 1 loaf wholegrain bread
  • 25 g grated parmesan
  • 12 eggs
  • ½ litre low fat milk
  • 2 kg rack of pork (trimmed of fat)
  • allspice
  • honey
  • olive oil
  • 1 packet Equal or other powdered sweetener
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 6 vine-ripened tomatoes
  • 6 potatoes (recommend kipfler)
  • 3 large carrots
  • 100 g green beans
  • 1 leek
  • 150 g Swiss brown mushrooms
  • 250 g asparagus spears
  • 1 bunch sage
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 orange
  • 750 ml low fat raspberry swirl ice-cream
  • 300 g frozen mixed berries
  • 200 g fresh berries (strawberries or raspberries).
