Purchase all you need to prepare Christmas menu No 3 from the Total Wellbeing Diet team: Mushroom, leek & asparagus tartlets; roast pork; roasted vegetables and steamed greens, mixed berry ice-cream with meringue.

1 loaf wholegrain bread

25 g grated parmesan

½ litre low fat milk

2 kg rack of pork (trimmed of fat)

1 packet Equal or other powdered sweetener

100 g green beans

150 g Swiss brown mushrooms

250 g asparagus spears

1 bunch sage

750 ml low fat raspberry swirl ice-cream

300 g frozen mixed berries

200 g fresh berries (strawberries or raspberries).
