As a research organisation, CSIRO recognises the need to ensure that we have emerging talent in areas critical to Australia's future.
Our emphasis is on bringing teams together from different scientific fields to find solutions to major problems facing Australia.
CSIRO has opportunities for undergraduates, graduates and postgraduate students who have or are completing studies in science related areas.
These programs are designed to assist you further your research studies, and gain the relevant skills required to work in a research organisation such as CSIRO.
Postdoctoral fellowship program
Fellowships are available to doctoral graduates who have recently attained a doctorate in a discipline that aligns with CSIRO’s key research areas.
Postgraduate scholarship program
CSIRO offers development and training for scientists/engineers and undergraduates completing science related studies.
If you are planning to enrol full-time in an Australian tertiary institution to complete research leading to the award of a doctorate than you may be eligible for a CSIRO Scholarship.
Vacation scholarship scheme
Vacation scholarships are offered to undergraduate students in a range of disciplines and at various locations throughout Australia.
