Fluid History Analysis, developed by CSIRO, reveals the dimensions of past oil accumulations, information that is used to improve the prognosis of the presence of oil in drill targets.
The patented technology, uses microscopy, geochemistry and spectroscopy, to reveal the geochemical evolution and flow history of hydrocarbons in sedimentary basins.
