  • Flood damage to floors

    Identifying problem areas of flood-damaged floors including decay of joists, lifting floor lino or tiles, springy floor boards, sub-floor moisture, and poor glues, tiles or backing.

  • Flood damage to walls

    Identifying problem areas of flood-damaged walls such as plasterboard with cracks, mould, blistering or flaking paint, trapped mud, moist material or moisture, differential pressure or lack of ventilation.
