Mr Simon McKeon has extensive board experience in the private and public sectors, combined with senior roles in investment banking and legal experience.

Dr Megan Clark is the Chief Executive of CSIRO.

Ms Mary Boydell is a Chartered Accountant with extensive board experience in the private and public sectors, combined with senior management roles within the corporate and legal professions.

Dr Terry Cutler has held numerous important advisory and decision-making positions with Australian government agencies, and was appointed to the CSIRO Board in July 2002.

Dr Eileen Doyle was appointed to the CSIRO Board in February 2006.

Mr Hutch Ranck has over three decades of diverse business experience both as a senior executive and as a board member.

Professor Tom Spurling brings his extensive knowledge of science, research leadership and public policy to the CSIRO Board.

Dr Russell has a strong foundation in economics and his experience on a range of boards and councils positions him well to contribute to the corporate governance of CSIRO.

Professor Høj's strong appreciation and understanding of the interface between Government, research, science and the higher education sector will be of great value to the CSIRO Board.
