The Food Futures Flagship aims to transform Australia's international competitiveness in the agrifood sector through the application of frontier technologies to high potential industries.

New BARLEYmax™: high fibre wholegrain with resistant starch
BARLEYmax™ is a natural wholegrain with enhanced nutritional benefits. This new 'supergrain' contains twice the dietary fibre of regular grains, four times the resistant starch and has a low GI. (12 pages)
