The Australian manufacturing sector is critical to our nation's future.
Manufacturing employs over one million Australians and remains one of the largest sectors of the Australian economy, currently accounting for around 9 per cent of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and over 30 per cent of total exports.
Manufacturing is also integral to the value chains of many other sectors of the economy.
