Doing business with CSIRO
Our capabilities, technologies, partnerships and patents fall across many science disciplines, and are made accessible to industry and other research organisations globally.

CSIRO exists to provide benefits to Australia.
To do this, we often work alongside external partners in conducting our research. The benefit of working with partners is that better and faster progress is made than would be possible by partners working on their own.
When a solution is generated which has potential benefit to Australia, CSIRO then seeks to transfer that technology to an organisation best placed to maximise its input and adoption.
CSIRO is open for business with industry, other research organisations and academic institutions in Australia and worldwide. We welcome your enquiry and interest in our organisation's capabilities.
