SCINEMA 2004 screens at the Australia Telescope National Facility Visitor's Centre. Narrabri is situated on the banks of the Namoi River, 420 km north-west of Sydney, 40 km west of the Nandewar Range. The observatory is 25 km from Narrabri township, on a road linking Narrabri and Wee Waa.
