Through the ASSETS leadership and support program, students who have attended our summer schools can access work placements, CREST projects, other resources and opportunities.

All students who have participated in ASSETS summer schools have access to our leadership and support program. The leadership and support program nurtures students through Years 11 and 12 with opportunities to develop their leadership skills and access to information about careers and further study.

Support may include advice and opportunities to participate in cadetships or work placements within the science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields.

Students will also have the chance to stay in touch with friends they made at the summer school with a secure online forum for students to share news and ideas. Their leadership, communication and career skills will be further developed through activities and guidance provided by the ASSETS team.

How students can get involved

Students can get involved in the ASSETS leadership and support program by attending one of our summer schools. Our summer schools are held in Townsville, Newcastle and Adelaide. Register your interest in ASSETS.
