In May 2016, CSIRO commissioned EY to undertake an independent review of the processes, governance, capability and organisational culture that contributed to the planning, management, delivery and communication of the 2015-16 Investment Decision Framework and ancillary processes undertaken by CSIRO from October 2015 to the present time.
EY’s report, Review of CSIRO’s Science Prioritisation and Implementation Process, Final Report, 29 August 2016 and CSIRO’s Initial Response to the Recommendations are provided below.
