Personalised Support - Dietitian Sessions

If you need extra support, the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet can connect you with an Accredited Practising Dietitians who will coach you through your weight loss journey and help you reach your goals.

The dietations are university-trained nutrition experts and trusted members of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). They are also masters of the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet.

Dietitians will share their expert advice on nutrition, offer personalised support and feedback, help you set realistic and achievable weight loss goals, assist you during those critical times of your weight loss journey and establish a high level of accountability. You don't even have to leave home to meet your dietitian. The coaching sessions are done via secure video conference at a time that works for you.
