Inyarrimanha Ilgari Bundara, our Murchison Radio-astronomy Observatory is one of the best locations in the world to operate telescopes that collect radio signals from space. 

The observatory is currently home to:

CSIRO and the SKA project

We’re also preparing the site for one of the SKA telescopes. The SKA telescopes will be the largest and most capable radio telescopes in the world, with SKA-Low hosted in Australia and SKA-Mid in South Africa.
