About this event
Learn how to teach data science; while NOT teaching data science; while learning about sleep.
Does the screen on my phone impact my sleep? What happens if I don’t sleep enough... what’s enough?
Find out what your class thinks about these questions (and more) through a student-based sleep survey. Watch how the data they create opens doors to activities in maths, science and digital technologies.
In this interactive session, you’ll be introduced to free teacher resources and student activities for data collection, interpretation, analysis, application, and creative communication.
This is an exclusive experience to gain access to CSIRO experts at the Pawsey Supercomputing Research Centre. It's all part of STEM Together’s aim to help educators and students build confidence, capability and connection with STEM using strength-based approaches.
