About this event
How we design and develop new or disruptive technologies can have implications on our environment and society. The decisions we make now can leave a legacy on our world for generations to come.
Engaging young Australians in discussions on responsible science, technology and innovation provides opportunities to identify their priorities, aspirations and solutions to challenges, and the positive impact they can have on our world.
Through this engaging, collaborative and immersive workshop you will gain an understanding of responsible innovation and the key skills and tools used by CSIRO scientists, innovators and engineers who are working to solve Australia's biggest challenges.
Your students are as diverse as our innovators at CSIRO. Our resources include ideas, materials and approaches you can use to create a personalised learning experience for your students, building on their strengths and interests. You will be able to seamlessly step straight from this training and into your own responsible innovation unit with your students.
