CSIRO Education & Outreach Portal Upgrade 2022
When will this happen?
The upgrade has been completed and was released on Monday 14th March.
What is happening.
Due to changing technologies, CSIRO Education & Outreach needs to change the way we store and manage data. This means we will be moving to an Australian, cloud-based storage system. This new system will provide our clients with an easier, more secure way to sign into our systems and update your details when required.

What you need to do:
Existing CSIRO Education & Outreach Portal Users
As an existing user, signing in for the first time after the upgrade, you will need to reset your password.
Your email address you use to sign in should be the same as the email listed under Contact Details on your Profile.
Open the Education and Outreach Portal in your browser, then follow the information in this guide.

After signing in for the first time, the process will be a bit different for subsequent sign ins.

New Portal Users
If you are signing up for an Education & Outreach program for the first time, you will need to follow this guide once you have opened the Education & Outreach portal.
Please note, you will need a functioning email address and mobile phone or mobile device to complete this process.
