Alisa Becker has been leading CSIRO's ON Program as Manager since July 2020. She joined CSIRO's ON team back in January 2017 as the Relationship Manager for the northern and eastern states and has enjoyed seeing home grown talent emerge from her home state and beyond. As a former researcher herself, Alisa is passionate about driving ON's mission to create impact from research. As Manager, Alisa will continue to help researchers ensure they are working on the right problems by providing frameworks to create and test assumptions and improve their entrepreneurial and translational skills.
Jack Doyle is the ON Program Coordinator, having joined the ON Team in 2018. As the program coordinator, Jack provides the operational support for the delivery of multiple concurrent projects for the ON Team. Jack studied law and business at university and he really enjoys the variety involved in working across several projects. Outside of work, Jack enjoys keeping active and travelling!
Anthony Chieng is a project officer and leads the ON Program's online program. Backed by a degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronics), Anthony also works as a team player to deliver a range of other projects. In his free time Anthony is a gamer and a master in the kitchen, regularly delighting the team with fresh baked goods.
Phoebe Jackson Morison joined the ON team in September 2020 as our ON Project Manager. Her background in service delivery and compliance has served her throughout roles in the government, professional services, legal and medical sectors. As a qualified ISO Lead Auditor, Phoebe is well-versed in simultaneously providing both the oversight and micro-sight needed to ensure every campaign and project is delivered to an exceptional standard. Phoebe’s super-power is her ability to empower stakeholders through supporting them in all opportunities to succeed. On weekends, you’ll find Phoebe exploring the Royal National Park in Sydney’s south or trawling op shops for vintage apparel.
Elinor Bester joined in September 2020 to take over delivery of ON Prime Virtual, bringing a wealth of experience in managing programs and projects in CSIRO and elsewhere. She studied Psychology, Zoology and Computer Science at university and loves being involved in the translation of research into practical applications. Outside of work, Elinor likes bushwalks and curling up with a good book.
