What is the purpose of this study?
We're investigating how resources, like social relationships and general emotions, might influence health behaviours, such as nutrition and physical activity and we'd like your help.

What is involved in participating in this study?
This is an online study. We'll email you links to 3 surveys, across 6 weeks, to complete at your convenience on a personal device or computer. The steps are outlined below.
- Register interest by emailing us (a blank email is all that is needed).
- We will email you a link to complete the first survey, which takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
- We send you a link to complete the second survey, 2 weeks after the first survey is completed. This survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
- We send you a link to complete the third survey, 2 weeks after the second survey. This survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
Will there be remuneration for my time?
Participants who complete the first survey are eligible for entry into a prize draw to win 1 of 10 $100 AUD digital gift cards. You can elect to enter the prize draw by selecting the option at the end of the survey.
Participants who complete the second and third survey are eligible for entry into a prize draw to win 1 of 10 $200 AUD digital gift vouchers. You can elect to enter the prize draw by selecting the option at the end of the third survey.

How long will participation in this study take?
We ask you to complete 3 surveys 2 weeks apart. The study will take place over 6 weeks. The first survey takes approximately 45 minutes, and the second and third survey take 20 minutes each.
Who can participate in this study?
Participation is open to people who
- Are 18 years or older.
- Currently reside in Australia.
- Do not currently have a medically diagnosed condition that impacts ability to engage in their regular diet and exercise patterns, for example, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, kidney diseases or cancer.
- Are fluent in English to be able to complete the survey questions.
- Have access to the internet.

How do I participate in this study?
