Good news - you've got more time. Applications for our free research and development (R&D) training program have been extended to 27 September, so there's still time to progress your Digital Technologies and AI idea. Open to Queensland SMEs, Innovate to Grow could help you develop your R&D idea with confidence, equipping you with the knowledge and expertise to move it forward.

This intake of Innovate to Grow is delivered as part of the Queensland Government funded Regional University Industry Collaboration (RUIC) program. 

Starting on 15 October 2026, this 8-week program offers flexible, self-paced learning and will help you in:

• Refining your innovation idea and learning how to transform it into an R&D opportunity

• Accessing tools and information for a comprehensive understanding of R&D collaboration and key considerations at each step

• Applying this knowledge to advance your technology or R&D concept

• Gaining industry insights, hearing from experts, researchers and your R&D coach

• Collaborating with like-minded SMEs and expanding your professional network.
