Issue 17: Autumn 2023

We hope you had a wonderful start to the year - it really has been quite busy already.

I've been hearing all about the Shire's incredible work in pulling together next month's festival, which promises to be a lot of fun. There are also many fibre projects in the area from a couple of organisations, and the SKAO is beginning construction of the telescope, with the first earthworks happening with observation by Wajarri Yamaji monitors.

We are so excited to welcome Kirsten's new baby girl to the team - she is just adorable and I send my congratulations to Kirsten, hubby Ben and big sister Lottie.

Enjoy all the updates from across Inyarrimanha Ilgari Bundara, our Murchison Radio-astronomy Observatory. Until next issue,

Bec
