For this research are we really have to understand the scope, the intensity of how much we can assist corals in their thermotolerance. So at the moment we have a proof of concept where we can increase the thermotolerance of coral larvae. We have to test how much we can support coral, atoll corals, and different corals species. It’s really a time now where we have to put all our efforts in because if we need such intervention some time in the the future, it will be too late to start any of this research.
