About the placement
This internship is with Adiona and is Proudly funded by the NSW Government and facilitated by CSIRO.
Adiona is looking for a motivated software developer intern to help with the process, taking all the code that has been developed and using AI and LLMs to restructure it for a modern hygiene process. This process plays a key role in helping logistics companies move toward net-zero targets by optimising operations and reducing carbon emissions.
As an intern, you'll join Adiona's development team to use intuitive, high-performance web interfaces which are tools that support smart decision-making and measurable decarbonisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Using AI and LLMs to restructure data.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and ongoing improvement of the framework.
- Stay up to date with front-end best practices, including performance and accessibility optimisation.
- Gain exposure to the full product development lifecycle in a dynamic, mission-driven startup environment.
This is a chance to apply your front-end skills in a real-world setting while contributing to a platform with a clear sustainability mission. You'll work with modern tools in a live production environment and see firsthand how digital technology can support decarbonisation and accelerate progress toward net-zero goals. Along the way, you'll collaborate with a talented, cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product thinkers- gaining valuable experience, growing your skills, and contributing to something that's making a real impact.
