About the Host Workplace

Azaneo is a Sydney-based agricultural technology startup, founded in 2019 with a mission to develop innovative, sustainable solutions for modern farming challenges.

Azaneo is pioneering a sustainable approach to weed control with its innovative electrical weeding system. Their technology solution uses electroporation—high-voltage pulses that damage weed cells without chemicals. The system is weather-resilient, fully electric, and highly precise, minimising impact on non-target plants and soil. By combining eco-friendliness, efficiency, and durability, Azaneo positions itself as a leading alternative in green agricultural technology.
