CSIRO respects the decision of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. CSIRO notes that the AAT found there were no unreasonable or inappropriate actions on the part of CSIRO or its staff, in particular, Dr Paul Feron.
The AAT did not make any adverse findings about the credibility or evidence of any of the CSIRO witnesses or CSIRO as a whole.
