I am an experienced technology lawyer. I have for the last 30 years practiced in IT law and in particular IT security as I have a Ph.D. in Cryptography. For the last 9 years my focus has been on IoT and Blockchain solutions and within that period I have worked and researched AI policy frameworks. I am aware of the NIST AI documents as well as the UK Government's and EU's publications dealing AI legal issues. The advantage I have is that I focus on the limitation of AI deployments and their technical structure and then identify contractual documentation to address what is happens if things go wrong.
