Made in Queensland (MIQ) is a $121.5 million Queensland Government program helping small and medium sized manufacturers to increase international competitiveness, productivity and innovation, and to generate high-skilled jobs for the future. MIQ supports traditional manufacturers to adopt industry leading equipment, technologies, systems and processes.

Since 2017, MIQ has supported 160 advanced manufacturing projects across the state. These projects have already created and supported more than 6,500 jobs with $130 million in total project cost.

Queensland-based manufacturers looking to adopt the processes, practises and equipment of Industry 4.0 implementing projects that include energy efficiency, export, reshoring, supply chain improvements, sustainability and/or decarbonisation are encouraged to apply for matched funding grants of $50,000 to $2.5 million.
