Your personal information including your title, name, contact details, organisation name and role, answers to the registration form questions and any subsequent correspondence as a result of submitting your registration form, is being collected by CSIRO for the purposes of facilitating and supporting your access and use of the CSIRO Safety Risk Management VR Application (the app).
