Currently this is a largely manual process, which is both expensive and time intensive. With advances in technology, the time is now ripe for automation.
Our response
Development of Accurait® software
Through a CSIRO Kick-Start project, LeaseInfo gained access to Data61’s extensive experience and capability in natural language processing and machine learning.
The partnership resulted in the development of Accurait®, a new software that seamlessly reads lease contracts and scanned data. The business is continuing to evolve the product through an SME Connect facilitated STEM+ Business fellowship with Data61.

Automated contract reading technology redefines the way businesses manage leases
Accurait® is redefining the way businesses manage leases. The revolutionary technology stores key information in a database and allows tagging and linking of information across different documents which can then be exported to other management platforms.
The automated process that uses highly advanced contract reading technology, saves time and money, and reduces the risk of error. LeaseInfo has now acquired over 20 new customers and has been selected by the world's largest lease management systems company as a preferred supplier of the value added service.
